Murder suspect arrested in McLeansville

Sheriff BJ Barnes reports that on 8/23/2010 deputies responded to a 911 call at 4005 Hines Chapel Road on a report of a found body. When Deputies arrived, they discovered the body of a Latino male with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. Investigators identified the victim as Randy Colindres 23 year old Latino Male, of 7610 Jackson School Road.
Detectives received information from forth coming witnesses that gunshots were heard from 7610 Jackson School Road the previous evening. Deputies responded to the victim’s residence where probable cause was obtained for the arrest of Jacinto Moreno Chontal, who was also a resident of 7610 Jackson School Road. Jacinto Moreno Chontal, 31 year old Latino male, is currently confined in the Guilford County Jail without bond for First Degree Murder.
Investigators are asking for anyone with information regarding this crime or may have witnessed suspicious activity near 7610 Jackson School Rd or in the 4000 block of Hines Chapel Rd the evening of 8/23/2010 to the early morning hours of 8/24/2010 to please call Sergeant David Pruitt of Guilford County Sheriff’s Office at 336-641-5966 or Crimestoppers at 373-2000.
